I love watching movies. Though time does not always permit me to have the opportunity, I take a chance whenever I could. These days, I have lots of time and guess what? There’s nothing better to do than to hit the couch and yes, have a movie marathon. Well, as I can say, this is my ultimate chance to finally see the movies that I have desired of watching.

And yes. While I was doing this so-called movie marathon of mine, one realization hit me right off the center. No more anticipation. You’ve read the title.

And yes again. While I actually know that I have been doing this hobby of mine (pertaining to movie marathons) since high school, it is just now that the title dawned on me. The popular reason? Well, maybe because it is just now that I have seen things beyond the kilig, the kiss, the happily ever after.

I’m trying not to be so sarcastic about the matter but I can’t help but be one. Come on. Watch those movies. Almost all kinds of them do have a romantic angle. And what makes me really dull-headed about the matter is the fact that even animals are being paired with well, their fellow animals just to ride with the so-called wheel of loveteams that men have imposed on themselves. Nah. Haha, ang sarcastic ko nga.

Well, let’s face it. Every movie has its own share of love stories. Even those action films do place a leading lady so the sexy and intense scene on the bed can be inevitably present. Wahahaha,. Duh. And weird though, what do we get from them? A false realization that in order to be happy and complete, we need an opposite gender by our side who promises day by day that he or she will just stay there? And then what? Vanish for some time after he or she has been TIRED? Wahahahaha. Actually, believe it or not, these movies are subliminally giving those kinds of messages. A message saying that, haha, “hey, kailangan mo rin ng kaloveteam!”

Bakit hindi mo maiisip yun hindi ba? eh yun ang ipinapakita sa iyo. Maiisip mo pa, “Buti pa ang penguin, may loveteam. Ako, wala..” hahahaha,. The fact that this world is immersing us to a wrong kind of paranoia, whether we like it or not, is just so pressing. Okay. Sarcastic lang talaga ako.

Well, perhaps, other people see things differently. Others see it in a more fantastic way (hmm. Positive nga ba? o fantasy way?) than I do. Well, I have to admit it. Natutuwa rin naman ako sa panonood ng mga movies na iyon. Pero gets? Nagagaraan lang talaga ako at nawiwirduhan kapag parang palaging pinipilit na magkaroon ng happily every after ang mga loveteams. Nagiging predictable tuloy masyado ang takbo ng mga pelikula. When in fact. Sa realidad, mga 2 our of 5 lang ang may happily ever after na loveteam…. toink!may tumama ulit na realization sa akin.

Okay, so now I am transformed. I AM TRANSFORMED! Believe me. hahahahahaha…
So, loveteams I guess are made to inspire. To make man realize that it is with love that everyone can find real happiness. That perhaps, we really need the company of others because we are not meant to be alone. That love is so great that even two entirely different people can come real close and be united towards one goal and one life. YUCK. Ako nga ba ito?

Wahahaha. O di ba? pwede rin naman talaga na iyon nga yung mga rason kung bakit merong mga love teams? Hindi ba? hahahaha, mas maganda atang isipin na ganun kesa magpakasarcastic ako. Oh well, one day, I know I can relate to those kind of stories. Pero sa ngayon.. haha patuloy pa rin among magtatanong kubng bakit may Gloria si Mumble! Wahahahaha, manuod ka ng happy feet. Maganda.
