If you are one of the one tree hill viewers or ok, ok if you just know this haha, Lucas Scott always or let us say most of the time starts an episode with a quote. And the one above is one of them.
Think about it. We always get off course. I do.We do. And you certainly must choose what course of action will serve as a solution to your problem. Most people, will say, "I have nothing more to do to solve this thing". In the end they are the losers. Maybe they will learn from their mistakes, that is not having the guts to face the trouble. Maybe they won't. But some are broadminded enough to know that working for something is what it takes to overcome what those half-witted people call the insurmountable and not to wait for things to fix for themselves.
When you wake up in the morning, what do you do first? If I will be the one thrown with that question, I'll say "I pray". This is when I realize that there is this day waiting for me to make it fruitful and fullfilling. There is this sun waiting for me so it can embrace me with its warmth. There are the birds waiting for me so they can begin my day with fine melody. They are all waiting for me to make myself move forward.
I usually get irritated when people say. Sorry but I have no choice. I dunno. That maybe true in some cases but I believe on spiderman when he said, "You always have a choice." choice a.move forward choice b. give up. Ok so this is not the multiple choice, encircle your answer type of test ayt? This is a multiple choice, apply your answer type of test. You know the difference.
And remember, when people tell you, "hey you are just a nanny or whatever job, you can't do anything else."You can always prove them wrong because indeed you have a choice. Maybe the path isn't straight but you just know (i do not know why you do) but you just know where your path leads to. Maybe the end prize is a surprise but certainly you have in mind the thing you want as your achievement. Don't let them tell you what you can or what you cannot do. Let yourself tell you of the things that you can do. It maybe something out of where or what you are right now. You know? It won't matter because once you embrace your new life, it will be like there is another you but still the same you making way to the goal line (ang gulo no? haha). You don't know how many lapses it will take or how twisted the path is. It doesn't matter because the juice is worth the squeeze. :)
